Open the menu (•••) beside the post, comment, message or profile and choose Report. We review every report within 24 hours, and the person you reported is never told who reported them.

Use the same menu and choose Block. They can no longer message you or see your posts. You can unblock people from Blocked accounts, in the app's menu or the website's account menu.

In the app, open the menu and tap Delete account. On the website, open your account menu and choose Delete account. Deleting is immediate and permanent: your profile, posts, comments and messages are removed. If it doesn't work, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Sign in the same way you signed up. Apple, Google and email with the same address all reach the same account, except when you chose Hide My Email with Apple: that creates a separate account under Apple's private address. If you're still stuck, email us from the address you signed up with.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then report the account in starzMix so we can act on it.
